1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ljljl ("ljljl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ljljl.org. These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all services offered on the ljljl platform, including but not limited to live sabong, casino games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting.

By creating a ljljl account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with ljljl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ljljl is designed for and available to eligible players residing in the Philippines. The platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). Access to ljljl from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their access complies with local laws.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the ljljl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session or transaction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ljljl or any affiliate, partner cockpit, game provider, or payment service provider connected to the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ljljl or had a ljljl account terminated for cause.
• Your participation in online gambling is not restricted or prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order that applies to you personally.

ljljl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or any government-issued ID bearing your photograph, full name, and date of birth. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until verification is provided, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) ljljl account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ljljl account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying ljljl support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ljljl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from ljljl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ljljl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ljljl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at ljljl's discretion, and current availability will always be reflected within the account dashboard.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set out in the account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed without notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal processing delayed until verification is completed.
• ljljl targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• ljljl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ljljl accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your ljljl account are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational expenses.

ljljl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal transaction and to delay processing pending the outcome of such a review. Transactions suspected of facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be suspended, reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and may result in permanent account termination.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ljljl platform — including live sabong, casino table games, RNG slot machines, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall govern in relation to that game only.

ljljl is committed to fair play. RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with monitored dealing procedures. Live sabong betting pools reflect real-time wagers placed at licensed Philippine cockpits.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, game client crash, or power failure — ljljl's system logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes and transaction history. If a malfunction results in an ambiguous or unresolved outcome, ljljl reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ljljl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ljljl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities will be treated as fraud.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the published wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• ljljl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where the Player has partially completed wagering requirements, subject to fair treatment principles.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except through the standard wagering and withdrawal process.
• Suspected bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ljljl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, cockpit staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ljljl support immediately.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Registering or operating more than one ljljl account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ljljl staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ljljl platform — including but not limited to the ljljl name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of ljljl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ljljl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ljljl content without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ljljl's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ljljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if ljljl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ljljl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party network failures may temporarily affect service availability. ljljl will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance and will not be liable for gaming losses attributable to platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ljljl collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the ljljl Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ljljl will not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game content suppliers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ljljl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your ljljl account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Establish a maximum loss ceiling per session, per day, or per week, after which your account will be temporarily restricted from further play.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ljljl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• KYC verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory authority or court order requires account suspension or closure.
• ljljl determines, in good faith, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the wellbeing of the Player.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ljljl support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus liabilities) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and identity verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ljljl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ljljl support at [email protected]. ljljl will endeavour to respond to and resolve all player complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

In the event that an informal resolution is not achievable, players may escalate a complaint to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ljljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the ljljl platform no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ljljl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The date at the top of these Terms ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a ljljl player.
